1. Bullion Non-Refundability
Due to daily market fluctuations in gold and silver bullion values, **all purchases of gold and silver coins are final**. We cannot process cancellations, returns, or cash refunds for coin purchases under any circumstances.
2. Lifetime Buyback Commitment
While we do not offer refunds, **Rishi Maruthi Jewellers provides a lifetime buyback guarantee** on all Rajatvi-minted coins. You can sell your gold and silver coins back to us at the prevailing market metal rates of the day, subject to standard assay checks at our Anakapalle showroom.
3. Jewelry Exchange Policy
Handcrafted jewellery products (necklaces, chains, rings, bangles) are eligible for exchange within **7 days** from the delivery date. The article must be returned in unworn condition, inside its original security packaging, and accompanied by the HUID hologram tag and original RMJ tax invoice.
4. Showroom Appraisals
All jewelry exchanges are processed through our flagship **Rishi Maruthi Jewellers Showroom** in Anakapalle. The returned article will undergo gold purity spectrometer testing. Making charges, custom engravings, and taxes paid are non-exchangeable.
